The drive to the venue is a bit unpleasant but understandable due to the rural nature of activities. The venue is great and the staff friendly. The facility is well maintained and a real pleasure to be in. The kitchen and lounge has all the necessaries to enjoy a relaxing time away. We were there for a wedding and once more there were no complaints about the venue and its organization. However there is one aspect that I did not enjoy and that was the food. Good menu but let down by execution. Otherwise heartily recommended.

Marieta is really excellent and makes sure all details are to your preference. The venue is absolutely beautiful and I love that they work with a decor company and DJ in house so we didn't have to work with too many service providers. I would highly recommend this wedding venue!

Recently had our wedding hosted at Eikenhof Estate which was coordinated by Marieta. It was really an amazing day, especially for a DIY bride with no wedding planner, it was amazing that I could leave everything in Marieta and Peter's hands the day of, with the venue turning out exactly how I envisioned. We had a few meetings with Marieta at the venue beforehand and we were overall just pleased and put at ease leading up to the wedding day. We chose one of the inclusive seasonal packages and really feel we received good value for our money. We received many compliments on how lovely the cocktails and food was and what a hidden gem the venue was. The service staff was also incredible and accommodating. All round good experience.
