Eden Lassie is ideally situated in the Tala Valley, just 70 km from Durban and a mere 27 km from Pietermaritzburg. The venue sits proudly in park-like gardens overlooking the magnificent farming area of the Tala Valley. The venue is a family-run business, and we delight in making every wedding as unique and special as possible.
Eden Lassie’s verandah and deck overlooks a lake full of magnificent waterlilies and we have many varieties of birds. The perfectly manicured gardens have been established for over 40 years, creating the perfect backdrop for your photographs.
Our Chapel is situated next to a beautiful water feature that runs into the lake creating a peaceful setting. One side of the chapel has open arches that overlook the gardens giving the perfect garden wedding ambience.
Both Eden Lassie’s main hall and chapel can seat up to 200 guests. Extra guests can be seated on the verandah and can still be part of the main wedding through the French doors.
Accommodation is available a mere 3km away on an adjacent property and they sleep up to 76 guests.
