Listings Questions

Caution Advised When Deleting Listings

We urge you to exercise caution when deleting listings. To protect our users' privacy and ensure our database remains optimised, any listing you delete is permanently removed. This includes all data, statistics, information, photos, and text associated with the listing. Once deleted, these cannot be recovered. Please consider this carefully before removing your listings.

Member Accounts Questions

You can change your login password in two ways, as outlined below:


Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password and cannot log in, simply request a reset password link from the login page by clicking on "Reset Password". You will need to enter your email address, and the system will then send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.


Normal Password Change

If you are logged into your account, you can easily change your password by navigating to the "My Account" page on your user dashboard. Here, you can reset your password directly from your account.

Please exercise caution when considering deleting your member account.

Once you confirm the deletion, all your data—including member information, listings, and any related details—will be permanently erased from our records and database. For privacy reasons, we immediately remove all associated data. Any active listings and ongoing premium subscriptions will also be terminated automatically. We are unable to retrieve any information once it is deleted, so we strongly advise careful consideration before proceeding.

We empower our members to decide when to remove their user data from our database. To do this, simply navigate to your member dashboard and select the "My Account" tab.


At the bottom of the page, you will find a "Delete Account And All My Data" button. Clicking this button and confirming your decision will permanently delete all your user data, listings, and associated information from our database. Please be aware that this action is irreversible, and your data cannot be recovered once deleted.

Premium Listings Questions

You may create as many premium listings as you like, as each is billed individually. Each listing will have its own associated payment. However, we encourage you to avoid creating too many duplicate listings to maintain the quality of the platform and prevent it from resembling a spam site.
